Meet Moti
I was born in Israel, where my love for Moroccan cuisine began through Shabbat dinners with my family. After studying culinary arts in Buenos Aires and working in Tel Aviv, I honed my skills in fresh pasta at Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy. What started as a vacation in Mexico in 2012 has turned into a long-term culinary adventure.
