We meet before departing toward the ranch area. We will arrive and begin the first hiking segment through prairies and canyon terrain. You will learn about the landscape, flora, and fauna while walking through scenic trails.

After a short rest, continue with the second portion of the hike, crossing the river and climbing rock formations while enjoying expansive canyon views. Afterwards, you will enjoy a freshly prepared homemade meal featuring quesadillas, guacamole, and other traditional dishes in a peaceful ranch setting. Following lunch, return to San Miguel de Allende, arriving mid-afternoon.
