Accommodation Access & Booking Confirmation: This service takes place at your accommodation and requires coordination with your host. Your booking will remain pending until access, timing, and any necessary arrangements have been confirmed.

Professional childcare at your hotel, vacation rental, or chosen location in Costa Rica. Our local, English speaking nannies provide reliable, personalized care while you enjoy activities, excursions, dinners, or some well deserved time off. Every service is private and tailored to your children, with age appropriate activities and materials for each age. Bookings run from 3 to 12 hours, so whether you need an afternoon or a full day, your little ones are in skilled, compassionate hands. A first aid kit is always part of the nanny’s kit, and you’ll receive a nanny who respects your children’s routines and needs.

  • Maximum of 4 children per nanny.
  • For children under 2 years old, the maximum is 2 children per nanny.
  • Guests must provide complete and accurate information about each child, including routines, allergies, medical or special needs, and family rules.
  • A parent or legal guardian must provide a safe environment for the children.
  • Guests must ensure the nanny has access to the property or hotel where the service will take place.
  • The family must cover any previously agreed-upon expenses, such as meals, transportation, or accommodation, when applicable.

3-4 hours: $45 USD per hour.
5-12 hours: $40 USD per hour.
Minimum 3 hours.
Rates include one nanny for up to 4 children over 2 years old. If there are more children, two nannies are required and the price simply doubles (two nannies at the same hourly rate). For children under 2, the limit is 2 children per nanny, and the hourly rate is the same within that limit.
A $25 late fee applies to services ending between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.

Additional hours, days, or schedule changes are subject to availability and must be requested 24 hours in advance.Cancellations made at least 15 days before the service date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 48 hours and 14 days before the service date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service are non-refundable.
