Chef Maxi will arrive within 1 to 1.5 hours prior the scheduled service to prepare the meal.

  • Land Menu – A hearty selection of meats, including grilled filet mignon, stuffed chicken breast, and BBQ pork ribs, served with gourmet sides.

  • Sea Menu – Fresh seafood dishes such as grilled salmon, garlic butter shrimp, and seafood pasta, paired with citrusy salads and elegant sides.

  • Mixed Menu – A perfect blend of land and sea, featuring options like Surf & Turf, seared tuna, and chicken and shrimp fajitas with flavorful accompaniments.

  • Mexican Night – Traditional Mexican favorites, including enchiladas, slow-roasted cochinita pibil, and arrachera steak tacos, served with salsas and sides.

  • Taco Night – A fun, customizable taco experience with options like grilled fish, carnitas, shrimp, and al pastor, paired with rice, beans, and salsa.

  • Grilled Barbecue – A smoky and savory feast featuring ribeye steak, BBQ ribs, marinated chicken, and smoked sausages, served with classic barbecue sides.
