You’ll enjoy a complete spread featuring diverse breakfast options—from eggs and local pastries to fruit, juice, and regional specialties—all crafted fresh on-site. Chef Edgar’s warm hospitality adds a personal touch, creating a cozy, family-style atmosphere that’s perfect for gathering around the table.

The experience is flexible and unrushed, allowing you to savor the moment at your own pace. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want a stress-free morning with your loved ones, Chef Edgar’s breakfast ensures you start your day with connection and flavor.

Breakfast includes:

  • Coffee and juice
  • Seasonal mixed fruit with yogurt and granola
  • Sweet bread

Guests may choose 2 main dish options:

  1. Huevos Rancheros – Fried eggs over tortillas with beans and cheese, topped with ranchera sauce and served with avocado, cream, and fresh cheese.

  2. Chicken Enchiladas – Filled with shredded chicken, topped with green or red sauce, melted cheese, and garnished with red onion and cilantro.

  3. Traditional Chilaquiles – Served with your choice of chicken or eggs, topped with green, red, or mole sauce.

  4. Avocado Toast – Rustic toasted bread topped with seasoned avocado purée, finished with a green salad and egg of your choice.

  5. Chicken Quesadillas – Handmade tortillas filled with chicken in Mexican-style seasoning, served with guacamole.

  6. Huitlacoche Omelette – Filled with huitlacoche and cheese, served over a xcatik chili cream.

  7. Scrambled Eggs with Chaya and Valladolid Longaniza – Served with refried beans, avocado, and grilled fresh cheese.
