Arrangements range from floating ceiling designs and freestanding organic garlands to romantic rose petal and candlelight setups, all styled around a curated color palette. The process begins with a design consultation where the color palette, theme, and any milestone details are shared — reference photos are always welcome. On the day of the setup, the team arrives at the agreed time with everything pre-assembled and ready to transform the space within approximately 2 hours.

Premium latex and foil balloons are arranged into the chosen design, from floating ceiling installations and freestanding organic arrangements to handcrafted backdrop setups and balloon mosaics. Once the setup is complete, the space is photograph-ready and fully dressed for the celebration. Breakdown is not included with most packages; guests arrange balloon disposal after the event in accordance with the environmental policy — balloons are never released outdoors.

  • Access to the unit or property at the agreed time
  • Permission from resort/property management, if applicable
  • Indoor setup preferred; outdoor available only in covered areas, weather permitting
  • Parking access for setup team
  • Color/theme preferences provided at least 5 days in advance
  • Preferred placement specified in advance (e.g., bedroom wall, designated area), ideally with a reference photo

  • Rental Items & Props

Certain installations may include rental bases, furniture, or decorative props. These items remain the exclusive property of Nela Balloons & Art LLC and must be returned in their original condition. For Setups with Backdrops, access to the space is required the following morning after the celebration to retrieve these items, coordinated with the concierge team. Any damage or loss resulting from negligence will be billed at replacement value.
