Our company was founded by Paul and Lindsay Mayer, whose hearts belong to each other, but were also stolen by the beauty of Mexico. Paul was born in Mexico City and lived in Monterey. My family is from Guanajuato, where they farm local ingredients. Our love of Puerto Vallarta and Mexican culture inspired us to create the city’s finest culinary tour. We sampled the perfect mole, ate savory regional dishes, sipped on succulent tuba water, enjoyed fresh ceviche from arguably the best ceviche vendor in the country and much more to showcase it all to you. Now, the heart and soul of the company is now made up of tour guides from all walks of life and backgrounds.
