Your Step-by-Step Guide to integrating Localbird with OwnerRez
Follow this step-by-step guide to seamlessly integrate your OwnerRez Property Management System (PMS) with Localbird – and unlock the power of automation and smart guest communication.
Step 1: Create Your Localbird Account
Ve a la pestaña Localbird registration page: https://localbird.io/partner-registration/
Or via the integrations page “Connect OwnerRez & Localbird.”
Fill out the registration form:
Select your location and city
Enter your first and last name
Provide your email address and phone number
Choose a password
Step 2: Add Your Property Details
Enter information about your property /properties
In the form, fill in the section regarding your PMS y select which PMS you’re using.
Step 3: Connect Your PMS
Choose your PMS from the list.
Select OwnerRez, and click Connect your PMS.
You will then be redirected to OwnerRez:
Haz clic en “Authorize Localbird”.
You’re all set to start using Localbird now!
✅ Your PMS is now successfully connected to Localbird!
Step 4: Set Up Automated Messages
Click “Go to Message Review & Approval” or go to “Automated Messages” in your partner dashboard.
On this page, you’ll see different types of automated messages that can be sent at various stages of the guest’s stay (e.g., after booking confirmation, before check-in, during stay).
Edit the message templates as needed.
You can include and edit personalization variables, such as:

- ${property_name}
- ${host_name}
- ${guest_name}
Once your messages are ready, click “Approve Messages” (top right).
Finally, assign your relevant property to the approved messages.

Your PMS is now fully integrated with Localbird, and your automated messaging is ready to deliver a seamless guest experience.
