From this point, a tour of approximately three hours is offered, allowing you to go back and forth from the beach of Tamariu to the Cave of Gispert, which, with over 150 meters in depth, is the largest and most spectacular of all the caves on the Costa Brava. A captivating and wonderful journey along the representative coastline of the Costa Brava.

  • Wear a swimsuit.
  • Minimum age of 13 years and 145 cm tall
  • Don’t forget to apply sunscreen and wear a cap to protect yourself from the sun.
  • Bring a T-shirt to get wet and stay cool during the activity.
  • Use sunglasses with a strap to secure them while on the move.
  • Choose appropriate footwear for water activities like secure sandals, water shoes, or old shoes you don’t mind getting wet.
  • Stay hydrated by bringing a drink, like water, to keep you refreshed during the experience.
  • Pack a change of clothes for after the activity to stay comfortable.
