It requires technique, physical and mental strength, breathwork… Knowledge of different kinds of boards, the sea and its tides, swells and sets. The more you know, the better for everyone’s safety. From learning how to pop up and turtle roll, all the way up to reading the waves and knowing where to sit in the line-up. The surfing trajectory is ever fascinating and limitless. You just never stop learning. Why struggle when you can learn it right the first time? We mean it when we say that you can’t come to Santa Teresa without having surfed at least once! And we mean it when we say that everyone can learn how to surf properly! Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced surfer, taking a surfclass is the best way to invest in yourself.
