I am from Costa Rica and I have 7 years of experience in the wellness world. I am an instructor of physical therapy, massage therapy, yoga, and pole dance. Since I was a young, I have been involved in physical well-being, so I began studying yoga and Thai massage, and after that, I started my career in physical therapy at the university, where I greatly expanded my knowledge and experience, I performed as a physiotherapy assistant in a clinic and since then I have moved in these areas, working in hotels, villas, retreats among others.
