We will welcome you with an amuse bouche and an included glass of sparkling BC wine. After a lovely stroll along the inner harbor, we arrive at our second location, the award-winning The Courtney Room inside the Magnolia Hotel. Chef Brian Tesolin will create a variety of appetizers using locally foraged and seasonal ingredients.

The tour then strolls to Blanshard Street, a favorite foodie neighborhood among the locals, for our main dish at L’Apero Wine & Cheese Bistro. Here we sample a traditional Alpine dish called Raclette. A half-wheel of cheese is heated up and scraped onto your plate on a bed of potatoes, meats, and salad. Dinner and a show! A short walk later takes us to the breathtaking restaurant inside the famous Empress Hotel.

We will end the tour with a decadent dessert from the stunning Q At The Empress Restaurant. The perfect way to end the evening.
