We embark on various routes through the Cap de Creus Natural Park, a first-class natural space with unique geology and climate that shape a distinctive landscape. Round-trip route heading north, departing from Portlligat to Cala Bona. It follows the so-called Mar d’Avall, a wild and inhospitable landscape filled with exceptional corners and coves. Includes a halfway stop for rest.

  • Wear a swimsuit.
  • Don’t forget to apply sunscreen and wear a cap to protect yourself from the sun.
  • Bring a T-shirt to get wet and stay cool during the activity.
  • Use sunglasses with a strap to secure them while on the move.
  • Choose appropriate footwear for water activities like secure sandals, water shoes, or old shoes you don’t mind getting wet.
  • Stay hydrated by bringing a drink, like water, to keep you refreshed during the experience.
  • Pack a change of clothes for after the activity to stay comfortable.
  • Minimum age 13 years and 145 cm tall
