We paddle along the entire coastline of the Montgrí, Medes Islands, and Baix Ter Natural Park, known for its impressive limestone cliffs, small coves, and beautiful caves, fully justifying the title of Costa Brava.

Two guides-instructors, Support boat, Touring kayak, Paddle and life jacket
  • Wear a swimsuit
  • Minimum age required 14 years and 145 cm tall
  • Must have previous kayaking experience
  • Don’t forget to apply sunscreen and wear a cap to protect yourself from the sun
  • Bring a T-shirt to get wet and stay cool during the activity.
  • Use sunglasses with a strap to secure them while on the move.
  • Choose appropriate footwear for water activities like secure sandals, water shoes, or old shoes you don’t mind getting wet.
  • Stay hydrated by bringing a drink, like water, to keep you refreshed during the experience.
  • Pack a change of clothes for after the activity to stay comfortable.
