FAQS: – How difficult is the hike: Our mountaintop yoga experience in Park City takes place on the PC Hill Trail, starting right from the PC Hill trailhead. The hike itself is relatively short—about 1.3 to 1.7 miles round trip—and typically takes around 45 minutes to an hour at a relaxed pace.

In terms of elevation, the trail gains roughly 400–500 feet, with a steady uphill climb that includes a few switchbacks. While it’s considered moderate, many people describe it as “short but a bit steep in sections,” so it gets your heart rate up without being overly long or technical.

We always keep a very relaxed, supportive pace with plenty of breaks, so it never feels rushed or overly strenuous. Most of our guests—including those in their 60s and beyond—do really well on this hike, especially if they’re in good general shape like you mentioned.

As for elevation, Park City sits around 7,000 feet, so you may notice slightly heavier breathing if you’re coming from lower altitude. That said, because the hike is short and we move mindfully, most guests acclimate just fine. We always recommend hydrating well and taking your time—our guides are there to support you every step of the way.
