Airport Arrivals – Picking you up from the airport: When selecting your pickup time, please choose the time you expect to be ready to meet your driver – after completing all airport procedures including baggage claim, immigration (if applicable), customs (if applicable), and walking to the meeting point. Your selected pickup time is not your scheduled flight arrival time.

Airport Departures – Taking you to the airport: Please select a pickup time that allows you to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before a domestic flight or 3 hours before an international flight.
