In this personalized on-bike training session, your guide will cover essential aspects to enhance your biking experience. From adjusting seat height and mastering body position to optimizing bike setup and tire pressure, you’ll learn the fundamentals for a smoother ride. Gain insights into suspension settings tailored to your weight, along with expert advice on shifting gears effectively and mastering braking techniques.

You choose the trails we ride. We can ride the same trails over and over, or we can try the single track where you will be coached on corner speed, balance, and looking ahead. If you’re feeling good on the bike, we can even guide you through small rock gardens if you’re up for it.

End the trip with an optional dip in the lake for a refreshing finish!
