4 best practices of offering experiences to your guests

1. Share your partner link with your guests 5-30 min after booking their stay in a separate message. 

This makes the message seem more natural and personalized. This will give them first-time access to experiences that they likely wouldn’t find on their own.

Here’s a template you can use to send your guests:

“Hey {{guest name}},
If you haven’t already booked your tours, or local experiences please reach out to our concierge partners at{{your-landing-page}}.

{{Host-name}} ”

2. Share your partner link with your guests a second time on the day after they check-in.

This is when they are most likely to start exploring. Over 60% of our bookings are same, or next-day activities. Plus, it’s a great way to show your guests that you care about their experience and want them to have the best time possible.


3. Invite them to a specific experience.

Pick out a few experiences that you think they would enjoy and send them an invite for those specific experiences. This will show that you’ve put thought into their trip and they’re more likely to appreciate the gesture.


4. Personalize invitations to make them feel more welcomed.

Take the time to personalize each of your invitations and let them know that we are available if they need anything. This small gesture will go a long way in making your guests feel welcome and valued.

Here’s an example conversation:

Host: “Hey {{guest name}}, there’s a popular speedboat tour going out tomorrow. Let me know if you’d want to go!”

Guest: “Yes,  sounds awesome!”

Host: “Great, you can make the reservation on this link:{{INSERT YOUR PARTNER ID HERE}}
