How to manage bookings
Whenever a user books your experience, you will receive a confirmation request via WhatsApp and email. The message will include:
1. Name of experience
2. Customer First name
3. Booking Date (start & end)
4. Number of People
5. Link to confirm the booking.
Booking Notification via WhatsApp:
Booking Notification via Email:
You will receive notifications with the booking details to the email and WhatsApp phone number you provided when you signed up.
After pressing “confirm” you will receive the guests contact information in order to ensure a clear line of communication.
Confirming the booking will also trigger the confirmation email to be sent to the customer. For that reason its important to confirm bookings in a timely matter.
